Remove the eggs from the refrigerator to allow them to cool. Put a saucepan with water to boil and when it is boiling put the eggs in it and let them boil for 4 minutes and 30 seconds.

Meanwhile, mash the avocado with a fork and add the garlic powder.

Toast the bread in the toaster, make sure it is crispy and when it is ready, spread the avocado on it and add the ham.

When the eggs are ready, peel them carefully so that they do not break, and place them on the toast.

I also add a little garlic powder on top of the yolk. Enjoy!
