Preparación de la receta

▪️ 25gr protein powder ▪️ 20gr peanut cream ▪️ 250gr cooked carrots ▪️ 20g oat flakes ▪️ 15g pure cocoa powder ▪️ 70ml vegetable drink or milk ▪️ Chocolate >85% in pieces ▪️ A handful of walnuts ▪️ Stevia (to taste) ▪️ Vanilla essence * Can be substituted with the same amount of oat flakes.

Beat the cooked carrot with all the ingredients except the chocolate chips and walnuts until you have a homogeneous dough.

Add the chocolate pieces and walnuts with wrapping motions.

Place in a baking pan, decorate and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 15 minutes.

Let it cool and... enjoy!
