1️⃣ Cut the roasted bell pepper into small squares. 2️⃣ Cut the onion into julienne strips. 3️⃣ Cook the eggs in plenty of water. 4️⃣ Drain the tuna well.

1️⃣ Sauté the vegetables in a frying pan with a little olive oil until they are cooked: - The sliced mushrooms. - The julienned onion. - The chopped bell pepper. - Season with salt and pepper to taste.

2️⃣ Mix well integrating all the ingredients in a bowl: - The sautéed vegetables. - Drained tuna. - Cooked eggs (chopped) - Oregano and parsley. - Valentina hot sauce (optional).

3️⃣ Fill the whole wheat tortillas with some of the previously prepared filling. 3.1 :) Fold the ends of the tortilla. 3.2 :) Roll the tortilla on itself forming a roll and that's it. 3.3 :) Repeat the process until you have filled as many tortillas as you need.

4️⃣ Place the burritos in the frying pan for a few minutes to seal the folds and heat them.
