Put the basil, garlic (without the germ), almonds and sesame in a mincer. Chop everything well.

Add the washed chickpeas, the juice of half a lemon, the EVOO, the water, the cumin and a pinch of salt. Chop everything again.

Stir and mix everything well and chop again. Now we have it ready for dipping or spreading 😋 We accompany it with carrot cut into sticks.
