Peel the vegetables except the tomato. Cut the potatoes into wedges, the carrots into slices and the green beans into pieces. Only remove the core from the tomatoes.

Boil the vegetables for 30 minutes (the water should cover the vegetables). RECOMMENDATION: put the tomato at the bottom of the pan (with the hollow side down) and add all the vegetables on top.

When it is time to serve, remove the skin of the tomato before serving. Add a drizzle of oil, the tuna and ready to eat.
