Soak the dates. Roast the pumpkin.

Mash the soaked dates together with the roasted pumpkin and add the flour, eggs, cocoa, baking powder and pinch of salt.

Put in the donut pan and bake for about 15 minutes at 180°. Depending on the oven, it may need a few more minutes.

Once out of the oven, carefully remove from the mold and pour the melted chocolate on top. When it has drained, put it in the refrigerator to let the chocolate solidify.
