Put the neutral gelatin sheets to hydrate in water for 5 minutes. Meanwhile peel the mango and in a blender glass add it together with the kefir (it can be Greek, soy or normal yogurt. I have tried it with several and it is just as tasty).

Heat the milk for 30 seconds and add the drained slices and stir until they are diluted in the milk without lumps. Pour into the glass and beat until smooth. If you try it and it is not very sweet you can add a little date paste to sweeten. Pour into little jars/glasses and leave at least 3 hours in the refrigerator and then we can decorate with red fruits, nuts...
