Freeze the octopus (so that it is not so hard) once thawed cook for about 20-30 minutes according to size (scare 3 times before cooking).

In the octopus cooking water, cook the potatoes whole and in their skins for about 20-30 minutes (depending on size).

Peel and chop them small, chop the octopus and sauté in a pan with mild olive oil. Once sautéed, drain very well and use that oil and a little more to make a mayonnaise (we need about 200gr of soft olive oil, a little salt and an egg).

Mix the potatoes with the octopus, the mayonnaise and a little spicy paprika, adjust the salt and to decorate put on top a little spicy paprika and a little sweet paprika with a drizzle of olive oil and a few pieces of octopus.

Let cool and ready to eat.
