Grate 3 raw potatoes and mix in a bowl with 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of flour, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and spices to taste. When we have the mixture we place it flat on a baking tray (put baking paper with oil and that it is a little wet so it does not stick) and we put it 15min at 180 degrees so that the dough is done first.

Remove from the oven and put our ingredients to taste, I have put homemade fried tomato, a little grated cheese, zucchini, peppers, onion, some sliced mushrooms and oregano on top. 15-20 minutes again to cook the vegetables, and dinner is ready!
