With the chickpeas already cooked and very well drained, we grind them together with the coriander, the spoonful of cumin, the garlic in small pieces and the lemon juice until a homogeneous mass is left. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

We make small balls with the dough while the oven is heating up. Coat the balls with large oat flakes and put them in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 to bake well.

We prepare the yogurt sauce, with kefir, a little lemon, parsley and ground garlic. In a fajita we put lettuce to accompany, the falafel and on top the yogurt sauce.
