Whisk together the banana, egg, oat drink, cocoa and oat flakes.

Garnish: fruit, (strawberries and raspberries in this recipe), nuts (hazelnut in this recipe), grated coconut, grated pure dark chocolate. And optional: honey, maple syrup, rice syrup, very little!
