In a bowl mix the corn flour, the beaten egg and half a glass of water. I usually add oregano and garlic powder. Knead it and make a ball. On baking paper spread the dough with your hands and shape it as you like. It should not be too thick.

It is baked in the oven for about 15 minutes. I take it out when it starts to brown a little and once it is out I turn it over. Add the ingredients of your choice. In this case I added tomato, sardines, black olives and Mozzarella cheese. Another 20 minutes in the oven or until you see that it is crispy.
