Baked potatoes with brava sauce and homemade ali oli.

Microwave the potatoes covered for 5 minutes.

Then put the potatoes on the baking tray, season with salt and pepper, pour a dash of EVOO, stir and bake for 20 minutes at 180° in the oven until golden brown.

Meanwhile make the sauce: fry the onion and garlic, then add the diced tomato until it releases the water, add paprika and blend everything with the blender while adding the cayenne to taste.

Once the potatoes are removed from the oven and mix with the sauce. On top I have added some homemade ali oli (egg, mild olive oil, garlic and salt).
