Take the large mushrooms, separate the stems and remove the skin. When it is ready, put it in a frying pan with a little oil over medium-low heat with a lid. First downwards and then upwards to cook it well.

Cut the leek and put it in the frying pan over medium heat, while cutting the stems into small cubes and when it is ready, add it to the leek. Once done, put on medium-low heat the Philadelphia type white cheese spread. Add a little nutmeg.
