1. Cut an onion and a garlic, then fry it in oil.

2. While it is cooking over low heat, cut the avocado, place it in the blender and add a glass of oat drink. Add a little oil, salt and cumin to taste.

3. When the onion is ready, add the gnocchi (in my case they have been homemade, you can buy them and they are very good too).

4. Once in the pan, we add the avocado sauce we have made until it is well mixed.

5. Ready to plate, break the walnuts and add a little on each plate.

Once ready to eat, you can use some cheese to melt. And enjoy!!!!
