Cook the endives whole for 10 minutes. Once cooked, set aside.

In a frying pan cook the garlic and onion finely chopped, when they begin to take color add the Serrano ham and cook a couple of minutes more.

Add a spoonful of flour and cook it a little, then add the milk little by little while stirring until you obtain a creamy sauce.

Cut the endives in half, place them in a baking dish and put the sauce on top. Add a handful of grated mozzarella and gratinate for about 10 minutes.
