Cook the quinoa as indicated on the package (in my case, I cooked it in the steam case for 10 minutes with 2 parts of water for each part of quinoa) with a pinch of salt.

Place the quinoa on the base

Wash the lettuce and place it on top. Add the avocado, onion and drained tuna. We can also add onion.

We add a squeeze of lemon on top of the avocado, which is delicious, salt, EVOO, black pepper and, if we like, also oregano.
