1 - In the microwave put a bowl with the butter and chocolate. Melt it (opening the door every minute and stirring, so it doesn't burn). 2 - hydrate the dates 10' in hot water. 3 - beat the eggs 5' until it is like foam.

4 - mix the dates with the egg and beat until the big pieces disappear. 5 - add the chocolate and the butter and continue stirring/beating. 7 - finally add sifted whole wheat flour and homogenize! The resulting dough is dense!

6- pour the dough and here is where we have two options ‼️‼️‼️‼️ 7- If we are going to eat it now: pour the dough up to half, put an ounce of black chocolate and cover it with more dough. 8 - If it is going to be for another time. Pour as much batter as you want and freeze for at least two hours. 9 - whatever the option: bake at 190 degrees 15-20' preheating the oven before. This depends a lot on the oven so depending on how they come out the first time, you will know if you have to leave them more or less. With these quantities I have given me for 4 coulants. I bought the molds on Amazon (they are great for unmolding, silicone).
