Gnocchi with pesto and cherry tomatoes

- The first thing I do is the gnocchi. We prepare a pan of water and let it boil. I add some salt and spices to the water to give it some flavor.

- Once the water starts to boil, add the gnocchi and wait 2 minutes, or until they start to float. Once this happens, take them out and let them drain.

- In a separate frying pan, add a dash of oil, the garlic and the cherry tomatoes that have been previously cut.

- Once the tomatoes are juicy and soft, add the pesto sauce to combine everything evenly and let it heat for a couple of minutes.

- Once our sauce is ready, we add it to our gnocchi and cover them with a layer of grated cheese, in my case, I spice them a little with grated chives and a touch of pepper grinder. And that's it!
