In a non-stick frying pan over high heat, sauté the vegetables. - Onion 🧅 - Peppers 🫑🌶 Carrot 🥕 - Carrot 🥕 Personally I don't use oil and I like to sauté the vegetables separately in small amounts so that they are golden brown .

When the vegetables are golden brown, I reserve them in a pot.

Season the meat with salt and pepper and do the same step as with the vegetables. We seal it over high heat and once it is browned we add it to the pot as well.

Once the vegetables and meat are in the pot, add the rest of the ingredients and spices. - 2 cartons of tomato 🍅 sieved. - 3 bay leaves 🍃 - A pinch of salt and pepper🧂. - 1 teaspoon of each spice : - Cumin. - Oregano 🌿 - Thyme 🌿 - A pinch of baking soda to counteract the acidity of the tomato. - And a teaspoon of liquid stevia ( it's totally optional ) but personally I love the touch it gives 😋🤤.

Once we have all the ingredients in the pot, we leave it on low heat 🔥 for 15-20 minutes so that all the flavors are integrated.
