First, wash the cherry tomatoes and place them in a tray adapted to the oven (the quantity of these varies according to the number of people, for two people I put 35, more or less the same as a small tray), then take the piece of cheese and put it in the middle.

The next step consists of pouring 2 or 3 tablespoons of oil all over the tray, salt, oregano and basil (to taste).

Previously preheated the oven 180º we introduce the tray and we leave it until everything is well done, about 15 or 20 minutes approximately. After removing the tray, flatten with a fork until everything is well mixed.

Finally add the pasta to the sauce, stir well until it comes together and ready to serve.
