We are going to prepare everything in the same pot, in my case an express pot. Add the oil, peel the garlic and add it to the pot along with the chopped and well seasoned ribs. Any lean meat is good for this recipe. Fry over high heat so that the meat seals and add the wine, lower the heat a little and let it cook for a few minutes.

When all the wine has evaporated, add the peeled and whole vegetables, the bay leaf, the dried bell pepper and the potatoes peeled and cut into medium pieces. Add water to cover, a teaspoon of salt and cover. Once the pot starts to beep, let it cook for 20 minutes.

After the time, remove the vegetables, the dried bell pepper and the bay leaf. We peel the dried bell pepper and beat it together with the vegetables and one or two pieces of potato, we also add a little coloring. We add this back to the pot, it will make the broth thicker. You can not whisk the vegetables, but my partner likes it better this way.
