We mash 2 bananas (if they are ripe better) once we have the banana paste add 2 tablespoons of oat flakes and a tablespoon of Chia, integrate all ingredients well

We put them in the molds or we give them the shape we like the most

Before putting it in the oven put the toppings to taste. I have put date pieces. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees and it's ready.
