Hydrate the chia seeds in a glass with part of the vegetable drink (*see note).

In a separate bowl, mix the sugar, salt, margarine and vanilla with a whisk until whipped.

Blend the chia seeds with the rest of the vegetable drink and add them to the bowl. Mix well.

Stir in the flour and baking powder with a spoon, and stir until the ingredients are well integrated.

Add chopped chocolate and mix. I recommend letting the mixture stand for a while in the refrigerator, although it is not essential.

Preheat the oven to 180º C.

Meanwhile, place spoonfuls of dough on a tray with parchment paper. Bake at 180ºC, with heat up and down, for 12 minutes (depending on the size).

Remove from the oven and let them rest a little on a wire rack.

And that's it! Enjoy them with a nice glass of vegetable drink, or with a nut cream 😋.
