We start with the smoothie and cereals. Pour a natural yogurt in a blender cup. Then add some semi-milk and blend. When you see that the mixture is rather liquid, it is not necessary to add more milk.

Add a handful of frozen berries. And mix it in the blender.

You put this pink/purple mixture in a bowl and add two handfuls of cereal mix.

To make the coffee, pour a spoonful of coffee (I use Nescafé crÚme) in a cup and add a teaspoon of sugar or stevia and a little water and mix well.

Heat a large glass of milk in the microwave. When it is ready, pour it into the coffee mixture in the cup. Turn it around with a teaspoon and the coffee is ready.
