We put water to boil. Meanwhile, cut the onion and the bell pepper and sauté it with a little oil.

Dry the tofu by squeezing it between two plates, for example, cut it into cubes and add it to the sauté. After a couple of minutes add the soy sauce and spices and let it evaporate.

When the water boils, add the Gnocchi and, when they rise to the surface, pick them up with a spatula and add them to the pan with the other ingredients already cooked. Stir the pan and that's it.
