For the base: Hydrate the dates for 15' and in the meantime chop the walnuts with a chopper. Add the coconut and the dates and stir until you have a sticky paste. Here we will assemble the base in the container of our choice and put it in the fridge until we finish the 2nd step.

For the filling: Put the yogurt in a saucepan over medium heat and stir so as not to have any lumps. Gradually add the zest of one lemon and 1/4 of its juice. Do not add more, otherwise it would be too acidic. Dissolve the Agar Agar as indicated by the manufacturer and then add it to the mixture while stirring. Let it cool for 5 minutes and add it to the previously prepared base.

Put it in the fridge for at least 6-8 hours and then take it apart to decorate. I have grated an ounce of chocolate 85% and it gives a spectacular touch !
