First of all, soak the cashew nuts for 4 hours, until they are soft. Once they are soft, peel the banana, cut it and put it in the freezer.

After 4 hours, take a date, pit it and put it in hot water for 10-15 min. Remove the water from the cashew nuts and grind them well until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Remove the banana and add it to the mixture. We also add the cinnamon (to taste) and the date. Mash everything together until it is a homogeneous mass that looks like ice cream about to defrost.
