Fish in tomato sauce

Cook the tomatoes and chiles (the amount of chiles depends on how hot you want it) in my case I used serrano chiles. Turn off when cooked.

Crush three cloves of garlic, black pepper and salt. Season the fish with the mixture and then add the juice of 5 lemons (limon verde in Mexico), let stand 15 minutes. Chop half an onion into fine cubes, and leave for later.

Fry the fish, then store it in a container. Then we blend the tomatoes and chiles, and in the same pan where we cooked the fish we cook the sauce over low heat, it is here where we add the diced onion and season with salt.

Add the fish and let the sauce boil.

Once it boils, turn off the heat and let it rest for 3 minutes. Serve with corn tortillas (made only with natural corn masa) and enjoy!!!!
