Cut up and roast the pumpkin. I roasted a whole one in the oven and then it was very easy to peel it. When cool, puree with a blender.

Add the cream cheese, salt and fine herb mix. I used Just Spices, which to my taste gives it a delicious touch, but you can use whatever herbs and spices you think are appropriate.

Mix well and enjoy.
