Chop very small (I have done it in a blender) the onion and the carrot. Then, we fry them in a frying pan until they are done.

Mash the lentils and add the carrot and onion mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the egg and breadcrumbs to the previous mixture. Mix everything well until it is a homogeneous mass. We give it the hamburger shapes.

We make them in a pan with a drop of oil. 4 minutes each side.
