Beat the eggs together with the yogurt, the EVOO and the sweetener of your choice. Add the vegetable drink and the grated lemon and orange zest. Mix with the 3 measures of flour together with the baking powder and a pinch of salt. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 190°C and then for 30 minutes at 180°C.
