Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl (oats, yeast). Preheat the oven to 180°.

Grate the orange and add it to the mixture.

Peel the orange (we do not want the white part).

Prepare the baking tray and divide the mixture into portions. With the help of a kitchen tongue, shape them. I got about 20 of them.
