Preparación de la receta

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl (oats, yeast). Preheat the oven to 180°.

Grate the orange and add it to the mixture.

Peel the orange (we do not want the white part).

Crush the orange together with the chia seeds, the oil and the egg.

Add this mixture to the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well.

Prepare the baking tray and divide the mixture into portions. With the help of a kitchen tongue, shape them. I got about 20 of them.

Bake them at 180° for about 10 minutes. This will depend on your oven. And they are ready!
