More ingredients here: 1 zucchini 1 onion 1 carrot 4 eggs diced ham or anything else such as tuna or shrimp 1 tablespoon of oatmeal 1 splash of evaporated or normal milk EVOO Pepper and oregano Salt

Chop the vegetables very small and poach them in a frying pan with a little EVOO. Add the ham when they are poached; if necessary add salt. We will also add pepper.

We will beat: the eggs, the milk, the cheese in small pieces, the yeast and the oat flour. Well integrated. Add the vegetables when they are poached.

In a baking pan, we will brush the walls and bottom, pour our mixture (I left half of the cheese to put it on top of the mixture, and thus gratin), and we will put it at 200 degrees, previously preheated for 20/25 minutes (keep an eye on it 馃憖).

Let it cool wrapped with albal paper for 5 minutes. And carefully turn it over and over, so that it is on the gratin side.
