First step is to make the dough with wheat flour, warm water, salt, 1/3 of baker's yeast and a dash of vinegar and oil. Knead and add flour, if necessary, until it does not stick to your hands. Let stand until the dough rises.

Cook the tomato over medium heat with salt, a dash of vinegar and oregano. Spread it as the base of the pizza, then put the cheese, the mushrooms and finally the onion. Bake for about 15 minutes at 180°C. On the plate we add the lamb's lettuce on top. And ready to enjoy a great taste.
