Cook the cauliflower with a little salt.

In a frying pan with a drizzle of oil, add chopped onion, zucchini, mushrooms, a little salt, pepper, oregano and soy sauce.

Once the cauliflower is cooked, drain well, so that it is completely dry (otherwise it will take longer in the oven).

We grind it and add the two eggs. Once the mixture is ready, we take the baking paper and place the "dough" in the shape we want it to be.

Bake in the oven at 180° for 10 minutes.

I have added tomato as a base, cheese, what we have previously fried in the pan, a can of tuna, a handful of spinach, fried tomato and a little more cheese on top.

We put in the oven for another 10 minutes at 180° and that's it!
