Chop the mushrooms very finely, you can use a mincer if you have one.

Poach the spring onion. When it is poached add the mushrooms. Add salt and spices to taste (curry, garlic powder, oregano, etc...).

Set aside until it cools and add a little bread crumbs, knead (you can also crush it with a fork, use a mincer, blender...).

We shape our hamburgers.

We put a little flour on them and grill them!

👉🏼Las quantities are a little by eye, you have to get a dough that allows you to make the shape of the burgers without crumbling (if you are not vegan you can help by adding an egg). 👉🏼 I also added some rice that I had left over from another meal (here nothing is thrown away!! everything is used), that also helps to give them consistency.
