Peel and cut the pumpkin into cubes. Put it to stew with plenty of water and a teaspoon of salt. When it is very tender, turn off and remove the water. Let it warm up. Add a little pepper and nutmeg. Add the grana padano and leave a little to decorate. Put a layer of lasagna sheets (I used the precooked one) a layer of the pumpkin mixture and pieces of feta cheese; a layer of sheets and another of pumpkin (the last one) put a layer of Gouda cheese and grana padano to garnish. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
