⤵️Ingredients: 👉🏼350gr quinoa 🥄. 👉🏼80gr of chia 🥄. 👉🏼3cd of olive oil 🫒🥄. 👉🏼Half juice of a lemon 🍋. 👉🏼1 tsp. of baking soda 🥄. 👉🏼Half cup water 💧. 👉🏼Spices to taste (garlic powder, onion powder...) 🧂.

👉🏼Wash the quinoa very well. 👉🏼Place it in a bowl and cover with water, and take it to the fridge for about 8h or overnight. 👉🏼Also cover the chia with water in another container and take to the fridge for the same time as the quinoa. 👉🏼When the time has passed, drain the quinoa. 👉🏼In a blender, put the drained quinoa, the olive oil, the juice of the half lemon, the baking soda, the spices, the half cup of water and the chia (you don't have to drain the chia, you get a gelatinous type when you take it out of the fridge). 👉🏼Process all the ingredients very well. 👉🏼Pour into an oven safe pan, top with whatever you like, I put mixed nuts on top. 👉🏼With the oven preheated to 180 bake up and down 1 hour and 45 min. 👉🏼Place a bowl of water under the pan so that the bread does not crack too much. 👉🏼When you poke it, it will still be a little moist, but if it is golden brown, it is done.
