In a blender, beat the diced fruit, the date paste (dates crushed with water), the two ounces of chopped chocolate and the cinnamon.

Beat well until a homogeneous mass is obtained and add the oat flakes. Let the oat flakes absorb the mixture for a couple of minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

While the oven heats up, prepare a baking tray with parchment paper and begin to put the cookie mixture with the help of a spoon.

We make the rounded shape with the spoon and flatten them a little bit so that they are toasted.

Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for approximately 18 minutes (after 12-13 minutes, open the oven, turn the cookies over and flatten them with the help of a spatula and put them back in the oven.

Once the 18 minutes are over, turn off the oven and let them rest inside for 5 more minutes, watching that they do not burn, this way we will ensure that the cookies do not break. (Being made with crushed fruit they are soft and do not have the hard consistency of a conventional cookie, so the thinner they are made and the longer they are in the oven, the better).
