Preheat the oven to 180º. Take a baking dish and grease it with a spoonful of AOVE.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Put two layers of potatoes on the bowl, season with salt and pepper and add some slices of cooked shoulder and the previously grated Emmental cheese.

Put another layer of potatoes, this time only one layer, season with salt and pepper and add the cooked shoulder and grated cheese.

Finish with a double layer of potatoes and season with salt and pepper. In a separate bowl beat the two eggs and add the cream and milk. Mix well and pour over the cake.

Put the pan in the oven for 1 hour. If desired, when there are 5 minutes left to finish, add grated cheese on top.
