First we prepare the sofrito to make the vegetable ratatouille: we fry the peppers in a frying pan or in the thermomix, and when they are done we add the can of crushed tomato. We let it warm up and we pass it through the blender until there are no small pieces and it is a liquid sauce.

Once the sofrito is ready, put 60gr of oil in a frying pan or in a clean thermomix, add the pumpkin first. When the pumpkin turns yellowish, add the zucchini and when it is done (which we will know when it is soft), add the sofrito on top and stir.

In the meantime we put the pasta to cook. When the pasta is ready, pour it over the vegetable ratatouille and add the tuna.
