Peel and chop the banana (the riper the better). In a saucepan we add it together with the milk, the vanilla aroma and cinnamon. A little bit of lemon zest also gives it a very nice touch.

When it is hot, add the oatmeal and stir.

When it starts to boil, add the egg whites and stir until the desired thickness is obtained.

Turn off the heat and let stand 2-3 mins and serve adding our favorite toppings (in my case nuts and an ounce of chocolate melted on contact with the heat). Enjoy!
