Peel, wash and cut the potato. Add spices to taste; I recommend garlic and onion powder, turmeric, curry, parsley and salt. Preheat the oven to 180°, and place our potatoes on the rack, separated. This way, they will be crispy! About 20-25 minutes.

While the potatoes are cooking, peel, wash and cut the green bell pepper and the pumpkin. We can cook them in the micro (for example, lekue steam case), or bake them, sauté them...whatever you like! In the micro, about 7 minutes. I do it this way because it saves more time in the kitchen.

Add a tablespoon of oil to the frying pan while the vegetables are cooking in the micro, and sauté the heura. Once it is golden brown, add the spinach, and then the bell pepper and the pumpkin already cooked.

If the 20-25 minutes have passed, check that the potatoes are done, and if not, leave them a little longer. If you see that they are done, all you have to do is plate them, put them on a nice plate and enjoy!
