First, I cut the apple🍎 and roast it in the microwave for a couple of minutes until it is soft, you can also make it in the pan with a little water. This step is optional, I have sometimes skipped it and it is also delicious.

⚡Bato all together the 70 grams of oat flakes, with the 2 bananas 🍌 and with the 4 eggs🍳. Add also the yeast. I add a whole sachet.

Add also the baked🍎 or not baked apple (it depends if you have done it or not). I let it cool a little, before mixing it with the rest of the ingredients.

⚡I divide the mixture into two molds, in equal parts and then put them one on top of the other 🥯. I put it in the oven at 200° for about 20/25 minutes. Pierce with a toothpick to see that it is ready. Pd: I put wet baking paper in the mold before pouring the mixture, to make it easier to unmold. If your oven is very powerful, after 15 minutes you can test if it is ready.

⚡I let it cool a little bit. While I melt the chocolate🍫. This time I used 72% because my guy doesn't like very strong chocolate. I usually use 85%. Once the base is cooled, I spread the chocolate on the first layer and put the other base on top and again more chocolate. I put slivered almonds on top before the chocolate cools so it sticks. 🥜 Enjoy!!!! 🤤🤤
