Put the oats, chia, cocoa powder, cinnamon, a pinch of vanilla and oat milk in a saucepan. Put it over low heat and bring it to a boil. Stir from time to time so that it does not burn.

Slice the banana and place it in a non-stick frying pan until golden brown on both sides.

Serve the oatmeal with the banana, chocolate chips and a spoonful of your favorite nut spread (I used cashew nuts).
