Soak the gelatine to hydrate. Meanwhile, heat the milk a little and once hot add the hydrated gelatin. Stir so that it dissolves.

Add the cheese and the thawed berries. Beat with a mixer to blend well. Note: This fruit doesn't add much sweetness, so if you like it sweet you can add sweetener. I have not added any.

Place the mixture in the molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. I have had it 5-6 hours.

Decorate with some berries and enjoy!!! 😊
