Cut the lettuce, arugula, mango (reserving some for the next step), avocado and strawberries into small cubes.

In a blender case, add a natural yogurt, some pineapple juice (to taste) and reserved mango, blend it and you get a sauce that we will pour over our salad. Recommendation: let stand in the refrigerator as long as you can, that will make the flavors blend more. And enjoy!
