Put EVOO in a non-stick frying pan with the chopped garlic.

Once the garlic is browned add the fresh spinach leaves previously washed and chopped. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add the canned white beans and the ham in strips or cubes and sauté together with the rest of the ingredients for 8 - 10 minutes.

Finally add a handful of pine nuts and stir.

I recommend eating it freshly made and if you have some left over you can use it to make a tortilla with this filling.
