We used a 100% whole wheat pancakes from Mercadona as a base for the "pizza". I put it in quotation marks because with this base it cannot be considered 100% pizza. We add tomato, parmesan cheese, ham, onion and goat cheese. And a little oregano on top (I did not add any vegetables because I had used them up and they were leftovers from the fridge).

We put 15 minutes in the oven at 180º and ready to eat.
